Hart Davis Hart Wine Co. is pleased to announce an equity investment by G. Raymond Zage III. Mr. Zage, a citizen of Singapore, has acquired a significant minority stake and will join the Board of Directors of the company. All current owners and managers of Hart Davis Hart will remain in place with no change of control in ownership.
Mr. Zage has extensive experience in the world of investments, corporate strategy, and governance. After serving as Vice President in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs in Singapore, he moved to Farallon Capital Management, where he became partner and then Managing Director and CEO of Farallon Capital Asia. He remains a Senior Advisor to Farallon Capital Management. Mr. Zage is currently Founder, Chairman and CEO of Tiga Investments and Tiga Acquisition Corp. He also serves as a director on the boards of Whitehaven Coal Limited and Toshiba Corporation.
