ShoveBox v1.1 Adds Shell Commands, Word Importing
Published January 20th, 2008
Wonder Warp Software has released version 1.1 of ShoveBox, its productivity application for Mac OS X. The new version adds the ability to invoke shell commands from rules, Word importing, and Growl support. It also includes numerous bug fixes and minor enhancements.
Released in August 2007, ShoveBox is a personal information manager whose distinguishing features are its lightweight design and elegant user interface. The program appears in the user’s menubar, where they can drag and drop text, bookmarks, images, and more. Once imported, entries can be sorted by user-defined rules similar to those in an email client - or just left in an “Inbox” to deal with later.
The upgrade is free for existing users and can be downloaded from the Wonder Warp Software website. ShoveBox costs $24.95 USD for new users and requires Mac OS X 10.4 or greater.
