HUDA Woos International Real Estate Companies. Bidding Open -164 Acres Land at Budwel, Hyderabad

Published January 7th, 2008

HUDA has been coming up frequently with Land Auctions in Hyderabad, trying to attract Foreign and Indian and International Real Estate Companies, in taking up large integrated mixed use townships. A year ago, the world’s largest developer, Tishman Speyer had picked up 400 Acres near Hitec City. This was followed by auctions in which Reliance, Shobha, Omaxe, Puravankara, DLF etc picked up large land lots, for development.

The increased Real Estate activity in Hyderabad is due to the position attained by it, as a preferred off-shoring destination with Microsoft, Google, Oracle, CA, Templeton, GE etc setting up large campuses.

The proposed Auction of 164 Acres at Budwel, raises several questions with regard to the land and the intention of HUDA. HUDA is looking to raise quick money by targeting Large Indiana and International Real Estate Companies . The Exclusive Ventures Report analyses potential Risks.
