Sheldon Good & Company will sell at auction 143 properties in Arizona, Nevada and Northern and Southern California in four auctions scheduled for December 10th, 11th, 15th and February 10th.
Steven L. Good, Chairman and CEO of Sheldon Good & Company Auctions, said: “We are pleased to announce our retention by the sellers of these fine properties. Over 140 residential properties in Arizona, Nevada and Northern and Southern California will be offered, with a third of these properties being sold absolute, regardless of price.”
The properties include single-family homes, townhomes and condominiums.
The Nevada auction will be held Monday, December 10th at 6 p.m. at the Green Valley Ranch, 2300 Paseo Verde Drive, Henderson, NV. Registration commences at 5 p.m.
The Arizona auction will be on Tuesday, December 11th at 6 p.m. at the Hilton Scottsdale Resort & Villas, 6333 N. Scottsdale Rd., Scottsdale. Registration commences at 5 p.m.
The Northern California auction will be held Saturday, December 15th at 11 a.m. at the Sheraton Grand Sacramento Hotel, 1230 J Street, Sacramento. Registration commences at 10 a.m.
The Southern California auction will be held at 11 a.m. on Sunday, February 10th at the Clarion Hotel and Convention Center, 295 North E Street, San Bernadino. Registration commences at 10 a.m.

There will be phone and internet bidding. Please telephone the auction company for details and for inspection dates for the homes.
There will be three bidding methods:
Plan 1: 30% of the properties shall be offered absolute, without reserve and regardless of price. The remaining parcels shall be offered with reserve. They will be bid through the buyer’s choice method.
Plan 2: These properties shall be offered subject to a minimum bid. They will be bid through the buyer’s choice method.
Plan 3: These properties shall be offered with reserve. They will be bid through the buyer’s choice methods.
The properties:
Nevada auction: 30 properties in Las Vegas, North Las Vegas and Henderson in Clark County: single family homes, one townhome and one condominium.
Arizona auction: 21 residences in Anthem, Arizona City, Casa Grande, Chandler, Goodyear, Maricopa, Mesa, Peoria, Queen Creek, San Manuel, Scottsdale, Tolleson and Tucson: single-family homes.
Northern California auction: 41 single-family residences and two condominiums in Antelope, Antioch, Atwater, Biggs, Denair, Clovis, Discovery bay, Elk Grove, Fairfield, Fresno, Lathrop, Lincoln, Modesto, North Highlands, Oakland, Pittsburgh, Sacramento, San Pablo, South San Francisco, Stockton, Suisun City Tracy, Twain Hart, Oakland, Carmichael, Galt, Los Banes and Vallejo.
Southern California auction: 49 residences, including single-family, multi-family, townhome, condominiums and a duplex in Alison Viejo, Apple Valley, banning, Carson, Cathedral City, Chino Hills, Diamond Bar, Escondido, Desert Hot Springs, El Cajon, Fullerton, Hemet, Indio, Lakeside, Lakewood, Lancaster, Long Beach, Los Angeles, Meniffe, Moreno Valley, Nurrieta, Norco, Oceanside, Ojai, Palm Springs, Peris, Reseda, Rialto, Riverside, San Diego, San Jacinto, Santa Ana, Spring Valley, Westminster, Temecula and Yorba Linda.
Sheldon Good & Company early in November directed the highly successful auction of all 170 residential, commercial properties and land parcel properties formerly owned by New Jersey Affordable Homes. That auction realized a total of $23.5 million for the sellers.
